On Constitutionalism in Modernization and Its Effects on Statecraft ——Enlightenment from Histories of France, Britain and the USA and Other Nations’ Revival of Constitutionalism

The issue of statecraft in modernization is a hot topic in academia. However, there are few explorations that whether constitutionalism existed during modernization and comparative studies accordingly. It has been proved that the constitutionalism is of vital importance in systems and in lack of which would lead to more negative effects on statecraft than any other institution. Therefore, whether the constitutionalism has existed or not should not be neglected in studying statecraft in modernization.Study whether constitutionalism had ever existed in France, Britain and the USA and its effects on statecraft, besides, the revival of constitutionalism and reforms of statecraft in other nations can help illustrate the effects of constitutionalism on human cultivation of system, which have played a non-substitutable role in successful statecraft in modernization of human kind.
