Aleksander Peczenik’s lifelong research focuses on the theory of legal argumentation and epistemology,especially the theory of coherence in law and justice,and it proposes a unique set of legal transformations in the book"Reason as Rationality:On Legal Enlightenment".In his view,legal conclusions,judicial decisions,etc.can be fully proved in the legal context,and can also be proved outside of it.The former is full proof in legal context,which is based on the existing legal traditions.The latter is deep proof,which is the most fundamental proof under the optimal condition of negotiation and could provide some kind of support or criticism for the premise that the legal person considers to be right.He successfully combined the analysis of legal interpretation with the most central philosophical,moral and cultural issues of our time.
