Research on Constructing of Harmonious Relationship Between Government and Market by Economic Law

The respective weakness of government and market and the absence of benign interactive mechanism are the underlying reasons which cause the different kinds of disharmonies in current society. To construct harmonious society, the most important thing for us is to realize the harmonious government-market interaction through min-class social principal parts. It is sufficiently supported by politics, economics and law. Owing to the absence of the law regulating min-class social principal part, it is urgent to confirm concerned legislation economic law principles and amend concrete systems.
