| 摘 要： | 2003年12月民事诉讼法的修改已被列入我国的立法规划。我们认为,民事诉讼法之修改应当首先在体例结构上将其内容分化,然后纯化民事诉讼程序自身内容,使民事诉讼法成为名副其实的“诉讼法”。

| Abstract: | In December 2003, the modification of the civil procedure law has been put forward to legislative program by legislature. We suggest that the construction of the civil procedure law should be divided into several parts in according to their contents firstly, and then purify the content of civil procedure, so as to make the procedure law be a sheer trial proceeding law. |
