The comparative research on the civil law and economic law

This article has firstly analyzed the interactive of the civil law and economic law from the aspect of economic relation, and it points out that the origin of their value differences lie in the difference of the economic idea's base, the ides of fair and the view of interests. The two value systems have the unanimous, harmoniousness and complement. At the same time, it indicates the complement of the culture and spirit, the inter-readjustment of the function and the coincident of the adjusted object.
