| 摘 要： | 著作权是基于文学、艺术和科学作品依法所产生的权利，它所反映和调整的社会关系是平等主体之间的财产关系和人身关系，与同属于民事权利的物权、债权相比，具有无形性、专有性、地域性、时间性等特征。完善著作权法律制度对于促进优秀作品的创作和传播、繁荣祖国的科学文化事业、建设社会主义精神文明都具有十分重大的意义。

| Abstract: | Copyright is a legal fight generated from literary, artistic and scientific works. The social relations it reflects and adjusts are property relationship and personal relationship between equal subjects. Compared with property right and creditor＇s right in civil rights, copyright has the characteristics of being intangible, exclusive, regional and timely. The perfection of copyright law system is of great significance to promote the creation and spread of excellent works, boom China＇s scientific and cultural undertakings and build a socialist civilization. |
