| 摘 要： | 在探讨网络信息传播特征的基础上,分析了网络信息传播中的版权侵权现象,以及网络信息传播中版权问题的主要原因.针对这些版权问题,提出要采取以持续的技术创新构建版权保护和信息保障的平衡机制,以完善我国版权法律体系等措施,积极解决网络信息传播中的版权问题.

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion of several characteristics of network broadcasting, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of copyright infringement and the reasons of the copyright problems of network broadcasting. In order to successfully solve these problems, we need to take the steps of technological innovation, balance mechanism between copyright protection and information guarantee to improve Chinese copyright legal system. |
