摘    要:目的探讨RUS-CHN(RC)图谱评价法用于13~18岁青少年年龄推侧的应用价值。方法4 424名(男2 272,女2 152)13~18岁正常城市汉族青少年,以简化RUS-CHN法建立手腕骨发育等级图谱。另以1 048名(男530,女518)13~18岁青少年为检验样本,比较不同方法骨龄与生活年龄的差异。结果RUS-CHN图谱法可仅评价桡骨、尺骨远端和第III指的4块掌指骨骺。检验样本中男14~17岁、女13~16岁年龄组,RC图谱法骨龄与生活年龄之间的差异均无统计学显著性(W ilcoxon符号秩和检验,P>0.05),对男18岁、女17岁组出现显著性差异的可能原因进行了讨论。结论RUS-CHN图谱法骨龄适用于男13~18岁、女13~17岁青少年的年龄推测。

Abstract:】Objective The RUS-CHN radiographic atlas method was developed for the forensic age estimated in adolescent aged 13~18 years.Methods The sample was 4 424(2 272 boys and 2 152 girls)normal urban Han children aged 13~18 years.The RUS-CHN method was predigested and the standard image was selected for each stage of skeletal development in simple RUS-CHN method.The other sample was consisted of 1 048(530 boys,518 girls) normal children aged range 13~18 years,and the differences between skeletal age for different methods and chronological age were compared.Results In RUS-CHN Radiographic Atlas method,the distal radius,ulna and four bones of digit rays III were only involved.There were no significantly differences between skeletal age estimated by RUS-CHN Radiographic Atlas method and chronological age for 14~17 years in boys and 13~16 years in girls(Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test: P<0.05),and the reasons which may brought the significantly differences for 18 years in boys and for 17 years in girls were discussed.Conclusions The RUS-CHN Radiographic Atlas method are applicable to forensic age estimation practice for adolescent aged 13~18 years in boys and 13~17 years in girls.
