| 摘 要： | 因具体条件的差异 ,世界各国的违宪审查机构、审查方式、审查效力等不尽相同 ,我国的违宪审查制度被认为是宪法实施的监督制度 ,它坚持一切权力属于人民和民主集中制的原则 ,有广泛的全民性和民主性。在进一步完善违宪审查制度的基础上 ,应当制定违宪审查细则 ,允许宪法进入诉讼 ,设立主管宪法监督机构 ,倡导国家机关和人民群众共同关心宪法的实施。

| Abstract: | The organs,approaches and validity of unconstitutionality examination vary in different countries.The censorship of unconstitutionality in China,upholding two principles:all rights belonging to the people and democratic centralism,is the supervision system of administration of constitution.It is popular and democratic.We should make detailed regulations on unconstitutional examination and introduce constitutional proceedings to improve the censorship of Unconstitutionality.Besides,special supervision organs of administration of constitution should be established and attentions from the state organs and people of the whole nation are needed. |
