| 摘 要： | 我国四大国有资产公司成立近五年 ,对国有银行剥离的约 1 40 0 0亿人民币不良资产的处置已初见成效。实践中 ,资产公司处置这些不良资产时 ,缺乏足够必要的制度资源支持。在处置不良资产时的制度性障碍若不及早消除 ,继续处置不良资产的难度越来越大。本文从革新处置模式的角度探讨如何完善不良资产处置的相关法律法规

| Abstract: | The disposal of RMB1,400 billions of non-performing assets striped from the 4 state-owned banks has preliminarily become effective since the four state-run assets companies 5 years ago. But the disposal has been in lack of systematic support in practice. The difficulties will grow with the systematic obstacles which might have been delayed. The thesis discusses the improvement to the related laws. |
