摘    要:基于"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式而构建的"6310"人才培养模式是中职院校汽车营销专业人才培养模式的具体实践。本文通过对汽车营销专业"6310"人才培养模式构建的阐述,以期为"汽车营销"这个人才群体,培养出符合本专业特点,能满足用人单位需求的、高素质的技能型人才。

Abstract:"6310" personnel training mode constructed on the basis of "school-enterprise cooperation and combination" is specific practice of personnel training mode of automobile marketing specialty of vocational colleges. Through the elaboration of the construction of the training mode of automobile marketing specialty, this paper hopes to train high-quality skilled talents who are in line with the characteristics of the specialty and satisfy the demand of the employers for the talent group of automobile marketing.
