模糊优化理论在多目标多阶段决策系统中的应用

摘    要:多目标多阶段决策系统是工程和管理领域的复杂系统,系统的求解和优化一直是理论界和工程界的难点。本文把模糊理论引入到这类系统的求解中,通过有序二元比对模型对系统解进行优选;并把这些方法成功地应用到了国家863项目“淮河水资源保护和管理应用网格”中。

Abstract:The multi-object and multi-phase decision system is a kind of complex system in engineering and management field and how to solve and optimize this kind of system is always a difficult problem. This paper applies fuzzy theory to solve this kind of system, using orderly bi-compare model to select the optimized decision. This paper also presents the application of this method to National Hi-tech, i.e. 863 project, "The Application Grid of Huaihe Water Resource Protection and Management".
