| 摘 要： | 中国食品冷链物流产业迎来了巨大的发展机遇,同时也暴露出其发展的瓶颈。通过对我国食品冷链物流发展瓶颈的比较分析,从软硬环境两大方面入手,指出了发展食品冷链物流的必要性与重要性,论述了我国冷链物流瓶颈的突破点,以确保食品安全,满足市场需求。

| Abstract: | Chinese food cold chain logistics industry ushered in the great development opportunities,but also exposes their development bottleneck.Through the development of China's food cold chain logistics bottleneck of a comparative analysis of two from the hard and soft aspects of the environment,pointing out that the development of food and the need for cold-chain logistics importance on China's cold-chain logistics bottleneck breakthrough,in order to ensure food safe,meet the needs of the market. |
