| 摘 要： | 高校是知识创新和知识产权产出的重要源泉，其拥有自主知识产权的数量和质量直接影响和决定着高校的地位和作用。从分析目前高校知识产权保护工作中存在的问题入手，借鉴先进国家的经验和启示，提出了高校知识产权保护工作的具体对策。 |

| Abstract: | The universities are important sources for sci-tech innovation and intellectual property production. The quantities and qualities of intellectual property influence and determine the statu and role of university. In view of the current problems that the universities exist about intellectual property protection, this paper takes the foreign experiences as reference to put forward some countermeasures about intellectual property protection. |
