中国人寿知识产权保护研究

本文通过对知识产权保护在保险经营中的值价取向和保险企业知识产权保护范围的研究,证明知识产权保护与公司治理、品牌建设等都是企业竞争力的重要因素,同样具有重要意义。该文还提出了保险公司知识产权保护的5项有效措施:要培育高层管理者知识产权的战略管理意识;要设立自己的知识产权管理部门;要致力于成为产权人;要掌握和运用知识产权保护制度;要加快保险行业知识产权的行政立法。

Research on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of Life Insurance in China

This paper studies the value orientation of the protection of intellectual property rights in insurance operation and the protection scope of intellectual property rights of insurance enterprises to testify that the protection of intellectual property rights,corporation governance and brand construction are the important factors of enterprise's competitiveness and also have significance.The paper proposes five measures for the protection of intellectual property rights in insurance companies,which are cultivating the strategic management sense of senior managers for intellectual property rights;setting up their own management department for intellectual property rights;becoming the owner of intellectual property rights;mastering and applying the system of the protection for intellectual property rights;quickening the legislation of intellectual property rights in insurance industry.
