| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代 ,保护知识产权符合中国企业的最大利益。知识产权保护越严格 ,企业受益也越多。企业应该尊重知识产权 ,重视知识产权的开发 ,提高自主知识产权的保护意识。本文结合“万燕教训” ,论述了中国企业自主知识产权保护的现状与其重要性。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge-based economy,it's in the best interests of Chinese enterprises to protect intellectual property rights,the stricter the protection on intellectual property right,the more benefits the enterprises enjoy.The enterprises should show respect for intellectual property rights,attach great importance to the development of intellectual property rights and heighten the protection awareness of independent intellectual property rights. With the help of Wanyan Lesson,the paper states the current situation of Chinese enterprises' independent intellectual property rights as well as the importance for the protection. |
