要素流动、产业转移与地区产业空间集聚--理论模型与实证检验

本文以1999-2013年全国30个省份的数据为基础，实证检验要素流动、产业转移对地区产业空间集聚水平的影响。研究结果发现，一个地区产业集聚程度的动态变化显著依赖于初始产业布局，伴随产业转移过程中的要素流动对地区产业集聚水平也产生重要影响。分地区的回归结果发现，东部地区对外产业转移的确会降低本地区产业集聚水平，而中西部地区积极吸收来自于东部发达地区的人力资源、资本和技术的流入最终提高本地区的产业集聚水平。

Labor Migration,Industrial Transfer and Regional Industrial Agglomeration---An Empirical Study Based on Provincial Panel Data

Based on 1999-2013 data of 30 provinces across the country, this paper empirically test the influence of fac-tor flow and industry transfer on regional industrial agglomeration level. The study finds that the dynamic changes of the indus-trial agglomeration level significantly depends on the initial industrial layout and the, factor flow in the process of industry transfer also has an important effect on the regional industrial agglomeration level. In addition, regional regression results show that the outward industry transfer in eastern regions can really reduce the region’s industrial agglomeration level, while the cen-tral and western regions, through actively absorbing the inflow of human resources, capital and technology from developed east-ern areas, can eventually improve their level of industrial agglomeration.
