河北省省会生产力促进联盟发展现状研究

针对河北省省会生产力促进联盟发展策略进行研究。通过国内各生产力促进联盟的发展历程和概况,从发展能力、人力资源、服务成效3个方面运用灰色分析对省会生产力促进联盟各成员服务资源竞争力进行评价,找到他们的优势与不足,以便联盟内各成员更有针对性的发展。最终,运用中心年报数据和调查数据分析结果,提出了促进省会生产力促进中心发展的对策与建议。通过研究,为省会生产力促进中心的发展提供了有力的支撑,并对同类生产力促进联盟的发展提供有意义的借鉴和参考。

Study of Hebei Provincial productivity promotion center alliance development

This paper aims to study the development strategy of productivity promotion center alliance in Hebei Province.Based on the analysis of the development history and the general situation of domestic productivity promotion center alliances,the paper uses grey analysis to evaluate the service resource competitiveness of each member of Hebei Provincial promotion center alliance from three aspects of development ability,human resource and service effectiveness,to find their advantages and disadvantages,so that each member in the alliance can develop accordingly.Finally,based on the analysis result of annual report data and survey data,it provides some countermeasures for promoting the development of the centers in Hebei Province.The study provides powerful support for the development of the alliance as well as the other alliances of the same kind.
