变频采油全程电磁加热器设计

针对稠油、高凝油油藏开采过程中的举升困难问题,设计了一套利用油管和套管作为发热体,利用变频技术直接加热油管内原油的方法。工频下的三相交流电通过AC—DC—AC逆变系统逆变为频率和占空比在一定范围内均可单独调节的100~1 200 Hz单相交流电,输出传送到油管,经油管下部的油套管接触器连接到套管,形成一个完整的回路,利用集肤效应实现油管加热,有效地解决了电网不平衡问题和油管结蜡问题。当井况发生变化时,系统还可以利用频率自动跟踪技术,实现谐振频率的实时跟踪,保证加热效率。

Design of whole process electromagnetic heating system for extracting crude oil with frequency converter

In view of the lifting difficulty problem in extracting the heavy oil and high-coagulate crude oil,a heating technology of frequency converter is proposed which can directly heat crude oil in the oil tube by taking the oil tube and bushing as heat supply.Industrial-frequency three-phase alternating current can be converted to 100~1 200 Hz single phase alternating current by AC—DC—AC inverse system and the frequency and duty ratio of the single phase alternating current can be adjusted in some scope independently.The single phase alternating current is applied on the oil tube,which is connected with the bushing by the oil bushing connecter on the bottom of the oil tube and electric power can be transformed to heat energy by skin effect.This system can effectively solve the non-balanced problem of the electric power transmission-line system and avoid wax coagulation on the tube wall.When the situation of the oil well changes,the system can track the resonance frequency automatically by frequency tracking technology to guarantee the heating effect.
