| 摘 要： | 现代装备发展的需求决定了装备研制可靠性工作的地位，而可靠性工作的特点也决定了可靠性管理工作的重要性。要提高产品的固有可靠性，工作重点是在产品的承制单位，同时需要协调管理。本文针对装备研制部门中可靠性管理的特点，系统地描述了管理体系的目的、要求和工作内容，并分析了其流程，同时给出了具体的组织构建，以及相关部门和人员的职责描述。
