中新天津生态城水资源节约利用研究

水是城市发展的基础性自然资源和战略性经济资源,而水环境则是生态城建设所依托的生态基础设施之一。为了更合理地解决城市水资源的资源性短缺和利用性短缺等问题,以中新天津生态城水资源节约利用为例,在对天津中新生态城水环境现状和水环境系统进行分析的基础上,从再生水利用、雨水收集、海水淡化等方面入手,结合景观绿地及其灌溉系统、生态城各项规划导则以及梯度水价等管理措施探索性地研究了生态城节水的各项措施,为其他城市的水资源节约利用提供借鉴。

Study on Economical Use of Water Resources of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city

Water is basic natural resource and strategic economic resources of urban development,and water environment is one of the ecological infrastructures in the eco-city construction.In order to solve the shortage of urban water resources and use more reasonable,taking Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city for example,based on analyzing water environment and water environmental system of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city,this paper studies on water-saving measures of the eco-city by analyzing recycled water,rainwater harvesting,desalination,green landscape and irrigation system guidelines for the Eco-city,and gradient of water price,to provide reference of the economical use of water resources in other cities.
