摘    要:基于铅对颗粒污泥的抑制与恢复实验,探讨了Pb2+的毒性作用机理。数据表明:Pb2+浓度的大小导致抑制类型不同,抑制的程度随Pb2+浓度的增加而增加,因此,恢复产气量的时间也有所不同,单位微生物作用的Pb2+浓度越低,颗粒污泥活性越易恢复,说明微生物能够适应铅的毒性作用。

Abstract:Inhibition and recovery experiment of anaerobic granular sludge was done to analyze the toxicity of lead.Results showed that there were different inhibition types at different lead contents.The inhibition level of granular sludge was increased with the lead concentration.The time was also different to recover gas.The lower the lead content per microorganism received,easier the sludge recovered.The microorganism has a good adaptability to lead toxicity.
