摘    要:合理划分生态功能保护区可协调区域经济发展与生态保护之间的关系,是实现区域可持续发展的重要手段。由于区域发展、土地利用、城镇发展布局等规划面临调整与优化,导致苏州市重要生态功能保护区原有的功能定位和保护对象发生改变。在Arcgis技术支持下,对苏州市各县级市、区进行了重要生态功能保护区区域调整分析,保护总面积由2953.05平方公里调整到3476.9平方公里,其中禁止开发区面积由64.70平方公里调整到53.27平方公里,占国土面积的比例由34.79%增加至40.96%。分析了苏州市重要生态功能保护区保护管理工作存在的问题,提出了苏州生态功能保护区的保护对策。

Abstract:Reasonable division of ecological function protection areas is a vital measure to coordinate the relationship between regional economic development and ecological protection, as well as to realize the regional sustainable development. The plans for regional development, land use, urban development layout etc. have been adjusted and optimized, leading to changes in the origi- nal positioning and protection object of key ecological function protection areas in Suzhou. Under the support of ArcGis technolo- gy, the key ecological function protection areas in county - level cities and districts in Suzhou were adjusted and analyzed. The to- tal protection areas increased from 2953.05 km2 to 3476.9 km2, which prohibited development areas rose from 64.70 km2 to 53. 27 km2. The total land proportion has increased from 34.79% to 40. 96%. The report analyzed of the problems in the manage- ment and protection of key ecological function protection areas in Suzhou and proposed corresponding countermeasures.
