湘江长沙段水体藻类种群组成特征研究

摘    要:2010年10月8日采集湘江长沙段水体18份水样,制片,电子显微镜下观察,研究结果表明:藻类共有8门,40属。其中绿藻门最多,19属;其次是硅藻门,11属,;再次是蓝藻门,4属;隐藻门,2属;裸藻门,甲藻门,黄藻门,金藻门各1属。采用计数框计算原始水样中的藻类的平均密度。得出湘江长沙段水体的平均密度为1.29*104个/L,硅藻门属的数量占61.24%,绿藻门属的密度占47.50%。湘江长沙段水体的优势藻类种群为硅藻和绿藻。

Abstract:8 water samples of the Xiangjiang River of Changsha were collected in Octember 8th 2010.Observed by the electron microscopes.The investgation result indicated: there was a total of 40 genuses in 8 phylum.The largest community was Chlorophyta containing 19 genuses;The next largest community was Bacillariophyta containing 11 genuses;Cyanophyta included 4 genuses;Cryptophyta included 2 genuses;Xanthophyta,Chrysophyta,Dinophyta,Euglenophyta included 1 genus.Using counting frame to calculate the average density ...
