大宁河水华期间叶绿素a变化及环境因子相关分析

摘    要:以大宁河2011年5月水华敏感期的调查数据为基础,运用数理统计分析方法,分析叶绿素a浓度的变化,以及与TP、PH、DO、SD等环境因子的相互关系。结果表明大宁河水华期间叶绿素a存在明显的时间变化,与TP的变化趋势存在明显的一致性。叶绿素a的对数与总磷的对数呈显著正相关,与透明度的对数呈显著负相关,叶绿素a与PH、DO呈显著正相关。

Abstract:To elucidate relationships between chlorophyll-a and related environmental factors,chlorophyll-a and environmental parameters of water quality in the Daning River were conducted using multivariate statistical analysis.The results indicate that the Daning River has a comparatively high temporal heterogeneity in the Chlorophyll-a concentration(ANOVA,p〈0.01).Correlational analysis was performed to illuminate the relationships between chlorophyll-a and environmental variables,total phosphates,pH and dissolved oxygen were positively correlated with chlorophyll-a.The results indicate that chlorophyll-a concentrations have a significant negative correlation with transparency.
