| Abstract: | The article summarizes international development and the tendency about public participation in environment administration and analyzes present situation, the existence question and the reason for it in our country. According the international experience, the main contents and concrete ways to participate in the environmental protection are defined and some policy suggestions to further our country public to participate are put forward. |
