| 摘 要： | 历时五年之余,基于多方面探索实践,全国先行预报部门已逐步建立起集业务预报作业平台、预报值班制度、预报会商制度、预报信息发布机制、预报产品交换共享机制、人才队伍建设机制、部门间合作共享机制等为一体的空气质量预报业务体系,为国家空气质量预报长远发展奠定了坚实基础,为大气污染防治攻坚战提供了关键技术支持。
