| Abstract: | The situation of rural environmental protection is getting severe. According to the current problems of rural environmental protection, the paper analyzed the legal provisions and its problems of the rural environmental protection laws and regulations from the legislative point of view, and made suggestions for the perfection of future rural environmental protection laws and regulations. |
