摘    要:阐述了开展电阻型原子氧密度与环境效应飞行探测实验的必要性和重要性。在对各种方案进行了比较和选择的基础上,进行了锇膜探测器及银膜探测器关键技术研究和可行性试验验证。最后,对开展我国原子氧环境飞行探测实验研究提出了一些建议。

Abstract:This paper discussed the necessity and importance of developing atomic oxygen flux and materials ablation rates flight detective experiments with resistance sensors.On the basis of comparing and selecting different detection techniques,the critical techniques of osmium-based sensor and silver-based sensor was tackled.Feasibility of the selected project was validated.Finally some suggestions to develop atomic oxygen flight measurements were put forward.
