APPLICATION OF THE COMPACT SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM IN CAMPUS DOMESTIC SEWAGE TREATMENT |

Abstract: | Treatment of domestic sewage in campus using the compact sewage treatment system(Bever reactor) was reported.Meanwhile,the structure of Bever reactor was introduced also.The results show that the average removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS and NH3-N by the treatment systerm are more than 93%,when the concentration of COD,BOD5,SS and NH3-N are as high as 400,300,200 and 80 mg/L in the influent,respectively.The effluent quality complied with the requirements of "Reuse of Urban Recycling Water:Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption"(GB/T 18920—2002).The effluent was used as flushing water,which had good economic and social benefits. |
