摘    要:分析某购物中心综合污水现有处理工艺的缺陷和潜力,通过调整出水回流,将生物接触氧化工艺一级改造为二级,调节鼓风量,设计能力由300 m3/d提高到400 m3/d,废水进水水质ρ(COD)由500 mg/L提高到1 083~1 146 mg/L,改造调试稳定后,出水水质ρ(COD)为126~140 mg/L,COD去除率为87%~93%,出水水质达GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》二级排放标准。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the demerits and potential of treatment process of the integrated wastewater from a shopping center.Through effluent reflux adjusted,primary biological contact oxidation process reformed and blast volume adjusted,its design capacity increased from 300 to 400 m3/d.COD of the influent increased to 1 083~1 146 mg/L.After the system debugging and operating stably,COD of the effluent was 126~140 mg/L,the removal rate of COD was 87%~93%,the effluent could reach the second-order of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978—1996).
