采空区热环境对深部倾斜厚煤层自燃区域影响研究*

摘    要:为探究热场对深部倾斜采空区煤自燃区域划分的影响,通过对采场空隙结构和耗氧速率进行分析,利用Fluent软件模拟不同通风方式下热环境对采空区流场及自燃带影响。结果表明:受倾角工作面、采空区空隙率及地温梯度综合影响,下行冷风与受采空区浮升力作用的热风在工作面中下部汇合并涌向工作面,使工作面局部温度升高;上行通风方式采空区蓄热范围大于下行风,回风侧温度更高;上行通风自燃带进风侧范围25~40 m,回风侧范围21~52 m;下行通风自燃带进风侧范围15~40 m,回风侧范围15~24 m;结合工作面实测参数,上行风回风侧自燃带范围19~47 m,与实际误差较小。研究结果可为倾角采空区热场条件对自燃带划分影响分析提供参考。

Abstract:To explore the influence of thermal field on the division of coal spontaneous combustion area in the deep inclined goaf,through the analysis of void structure and oxygen consumption rate of the stope,the Fluent software was used to simulate the influence of thermal environment under different ventilation modes on the flow field and spontaneous combustion zone in goaf.The results showed that under the comprehensive influence of inclined working face,goaf porosity and geothermal gradient,the downward cold air and the hot air under effect of goaf buoyant force converged at the lower part of working face,and flowed to the working face,which made the local temperature of working face rise.The heat storage range in the goaf under the upward ventilation mode was larger than that of the downward wind,and the temperature on the return side was higher.The spontaneous combustion zone of upward ventilation had a range of 25~40 m on the inlet side and 21~52 m on the return side,and the spontaneous combustion zone of downward ventilation had a range of 15~40 m on the inlet side and 15~24 m on the return side.The influence of buoyancy force generated by geothermal gradient on the range of spontaneous combustion zone in the middle of goaf three-dimensional space was greater than those in the upper and lower parts.Combined with the measured parameters of working face,the spontaneous combustion zone on the return side of upward wind ranged from 19 to 47 m,and the error between actual situation and simulation was small.The results can provide reference for the influence of thermal field conditions in the inclined goaf on dividing the spontaneous combustion zone.
