| 摘 要： | 着重从安全心理学的角度论述了人的不安全行为产生的原因,分析了人的安全行为模式,针对人的不安全行为在生产过程中的表现,采取了相应的对策来最大限度地减少人的不安全行为,为消除、控制人的不安全行为提供了有效的途径。

| Abstract: | The causes of unsafe human behavior are discussed from the perspective of safety psychology,and safe behavior modes are analyzed.In view of the manifestation of unsafe behavior in production process,relevant countermeasures are taken to minimize unsafe human behavior to provide effective means of eliminating and controlling unsafe human behavior. |
