声发射并行检测技术在吸附塔检验中的应用

摘    要:为了实现10台吸附塔缺陷动态检测,提高检验的效率,采用声发射并行检测技术对两台吸附塔进行声发射同时检测。在吸附塔升压和保压过程中,对声发射信号进行监测。在排除各种噪声源的干扰后得出:10台吸附塔在一次加压检测过程均未检测到有活性的缺陷存在,说明吸附塔安全状况良好,可以安全使用,无须进行第二次加载检测。声发射并行检测技术是可行的,检测结果可靠,可以有效地提高声发射检测的效率。

Application of the Parallel Inspection Technology of Acoustic Emission in Inspection of Adsorption Towers

Abstract:In order to realize to dynamically detect defects in 10 adsorption towers and improve the inspection efficiency,acoustic emission parallel detection technology is adopted to inspect two adsorption towers simultaneously.Acoustic emission signals are monitored in the process of pressure boost and pressure holding in the adsorption tower.After excluding the interference from various noise sources,it is concluded that:no active defects were detected in the first pressure phase of the ten adsorption towers.The adsorption towers were in good safety condition and could be used safely.So the secondary loading test was not required.The parallel inspection technology of acoustic emission is feasible and the results are reliable,which can effectively improve the efficiency of the inspection.
