氢化物发生—电加热石英管原子吸收法测定环境水样中痕量铅的研究

摘    要:研究了将氢化物发生技术用于电加热石英管原子吸收法测定环境水样中痕量铅 ,讨论了最佳测定条件和干扰元素的消除。方法的线性范围为 0~ 2 5 ng/m l,检出限为 0 .48ng/ml,相对标准偏差小于 2 .5 % ,回收率在 95 %~ 116%之间。

Abstract:It is studied in paper that hydrogenate generation technique is used in the elec trothermic quartz tube-AAS determination of micromounts of lead in environmenta l water sample The optimum conditions for the determination and th e elimination's of interfering elements were discussed Under the optimum conditi on, a linear relationship holds between absorbency and concentrations of lead in the range of 0~25ng/ml. A limit of detection of 0 48ng/ml, a recovery of 95%~116% and a RSD of less than 2 5% were obtained
