| 摘 要： | 目的 了解大学生心理健康状况及其对自杀的态度。方法 采用整群随机抽样方法,对杨浦区一所普通全日制高校的本科大三生进行问卷调查,内容包括人口学资料、临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自杀态度问卷(SAQ)及大学生人格健康调查(UPI)。结果 SCL-90及UPI的指标与SAQ的各维度间有显著相关,但相关系数大小不同,表明SAQ各维度与SCL-90及UPI的指标间的相关程度不一,其中以对自杀行为性质认识与SCL-90及UPI的各项指标间都有极显著的相关性(P<0. 01);UPI的Ⅰ类筛选群体与SAQ各维度之间都有极显著的相关性(P<0.01),表明自杀态度与大学生心理健康状况之间呈显著相关。结论 加强大学生的心理健康教育,对有心理问题的大学生给予心理咨询和治疗,是降低大学生心理危机及自杀发生的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand mental health status in university students and their suicide attitude,provide scientific basis for mental health work and crisis intervention work at university in future.Methods With the cluster random sampling,demographics data,Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90),Suicide Attitude Questionnaire (SAQ),University Personality Investigation (UPI) were used to measure 1000 university students.Results There were significant correlation between SAQ and SCL-90,UPI in some items.There were significant correlation between suicide attitude and mental health status in university students.Conclusion To strengthen mental education for university students,provide scientific psychological counseling and psychotherapy for them to reduce suicide happeness. |
