东南沿海海域细菌谱调研

目的 了解我国东南沿海海域细菌的分布情况及耐药性。方法 海水经增菌培养、分离，进行细菌学鉴定及药敏试验。结果 检出细菌24种144株，其中弧菌科117株（81.25%)，肠杆菌科18株（12.50%)，假单胞菌属8株（5.56%)，金黄色葡萄球菌1株（0.69%)。药敏结果显示，弧菌科对氨苄西林（89.19%)耐药性最强，其次头孢唑啉（77.03%)，头孢呋辛（59.46%)；对头孢噻肟、环丙沙星、磺胺甲E唑和氯霉素等敏感。结论 此项研究对海战伤中细菌感染的防治具有非常重要的指导意义。

The Investigation of Pathogenic Bacteria in Brine of the Southeast Littoral

Objective To investigate the distribution and their antibiotic resistance of pathogenic bacteria in brine of the Southeast Littoral. Methods From brine in different regions straits were cultured, identified. Antibiotic sensitivity test was done by K B method. Results Among 144 strains pathogenic bacteria isolated from brine, 117 strains (81.25%) were Vibrionaceae, 18 strains (12.50%) were Enterobacteriaceae, 8 strains (5.56%) were Pseudomonas, 1 strain (0.69%) was Staphylococcus aureus. The resistant rate of 74 Vibronaceae to ampicillin was 89.19%, cefazolin 77.03%, cefuroxime 59.46%; however, Vibrionaceae were sensitive to cefotaxime, ciprofloxacin, SMZ TMP Co and chloramphenicol. Conclusions This invesigation will be of great significance for prevention and cure of bacteria infection in future sea warfare.
