摘    要:武器装备故障预测及健康管理系统由用户层、应用层和支撑层组成,采用分布式C/S结构.故障诊断预测模块接收异常状态信息并进行判断.故障趋势预测模块接收趋势信息,将诊断和预测结果供给分析决策模块综合诊断预测结果、FMECA表、设备当前和以后的任务性质及其它信息,以采取相应的控制措施,并提供维修需求信息.

Abstract:The prognostic and health management system for weapon equipment is composed of user layer, application layer and supporting layer. The system is constructed by distributed C/S structure. The information about abnormal situation of weapon equipment was received and estimated by fault diagnosis and prognostic module. The fault trend information was received through the fault trend prognostic module; diagnostic and prognostic results were supplied to the analysis and decision module. Then, the analysis and decision module was adopted by system to diagnose forecasting results, FMECA, current and future task characteristic and other information; so the corresponding control approaches were taken to provide maintenance requirement.
