| 摘 要： | 为解决传统视频监控系统中存在的诸多弊端，满足越来越高的安全需求，提出一种新型的智能视频监控技术。其由视频采集、智能视频分析和监控端构成，物理架构则包括中央式和分散式。系统关键技术涉及运动目标检测、运动目标分类、运动目标跟踪、视频内容分析等。该监控技术的应用可用于安防类和非安防类两方面。

| Abstract: | The paper proposes a novel intelligent video supervising technology to resolve shortcomings in traditional video supervising system and meet higher safety requirements.The system includes video capture,intelligent video analysis and supervision terminal;its physical structure adopts central mode and dispersed mode.The key technologies relate to moving object detection,moving object classification,moving object tracking and video content analysis.The technologies can be applied in the fields like security. |
