| 摘 要： | 针对现有视频监控系统却存在视频虽普遍，实时、直观，却无法用于提供实时行为识别矛盾的缺点，提出以智能视频监控技术弥补现有数字视频监控系统的缺陷，变被动监控为主动识别安全威胁，将一般监控系统的事后分析变成事中分析和预警，减少人为因素造成的误报、漏报，将操作人员从繁重的监控工作中解放。进入全数字化、网络化、智能化是视频监控的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the common, real-time, and visual characteristics of video monitoring system and its disadvantages of failing at providing real-time identifying contradiction, propose to use video monitoring technology to solve system problems. Transfer passive monitoring into active identifying of safe threat, and turn the after-analysis into real-time analysis and pre-alarming. Decrease the error alarming and failed alarming which caused by human factors, and the operators＇ work load will be decreased. Future development of video monitoring will be full-digital, linked with networks and intelligent. |
