云南省龙陵县新型农村合作医疗制度补偿方案研究

目的探讨龙陵县新型农村合作医疗制度补偿方案,以资在云南省范围内全面实施新农合制度时参考.方法采用流行病学现场研究方法进行研究.结果龙陵县新农合制度补偿方案是“家庭账户 住院费用分段补偿”模式.2004年度,在家庭账户方案保持不变的基础上对住院补偿办法做了调整.参合农民与医务人员对新农合制度补偿方案满意度评价分布的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论龙陵县现行新农合制度补偿方案基本可行,社会满意度较高,值得借鉴和推广,建议该县调整家庭账户方案,提高起付线,试行住院费用按比例补偿的办法.

Study on the Compensatory Schemes of New- style Rural Cooperative Medical Care System of Longling County, Yunnan Province

Objective To probe into the compensatory schemes of new-style rural cooperative medical care system(abbr.NCMS)of Longling county to guide the practice and serve as a referential mode for operating comprehensively NCMS in Yunnan.Methods Epidemiological Field Research method.Results The NCMS compensatory schemes of Longling county was "family account adding compensating the cost of hospitalization in subsectionmode".In 2004,Longling county adjusted the compensating measure of hospitalization on the basis of preserving the scheme of family account.There was statistical significant difference(P<0.001) between participating farmers and medical personnels appraisal distributions in the degree of satisfaction with NCMS compensatory schemes.Conclusions The current compensatory scheme was feasible with a high degree of social satisfaction.It was worthy of using for reference and spreading.It was suggested that Longling adjust the scheme of family account,raise the deductibles and try out the measure of compensating the cost of hospitalization in proportion.
