| 摘 要： | 研究赤芍总甙对血液凝固和血栓形成的影响。方法：赤芍总甙按５０、１００、２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ灌胃给药，观察其对小鼠、大鼠凝血时间、ＡＤＰ－Ｎａ诱导的小鼠肺血栓状态以及电刺激大鼠血栓形成的作用。结论：赤芍总甙有显的抗凝、抗血栓形成作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of total glucosides on Radix paeonieae rubra of coagulation and thrombus formation.Method:Total glucosides of Radix paeonieae rubra were used in ig.At dosage of 50,100and 200mg/kg,observed the effects on blood coagulation time of mice and rats,the respiratory distress due to pulmonary thrombosis in mice induced by ADP Na and the thrombus formation of rats by electro irritation.Result:The glucosides on Radix paeonieae rubra can markedly prolong blood coagulation time of mice and rats,relieved respiratory distress due to pulmonary thrombosis in mice induced by ADP Na,inhibit the thrombosis formatin of rats by electro irritation.Conclusion:The anticoagulation and anti thrombosis effects of glucosides on Radix paeonieae rubra is powerful. |
