论骨性关节炎的发病基础和施治原则

骨性关节炎是以肝肾亏虚为发病基础合并寒湿之邪入侵所致的痹痿兼证。发病过程合并了脾虚，瘀血，痰湿等重要环节，施治之法应补虚当先兼以祛邪。主要法则是肝肾阴阳共补，健脾祛湿调胃，柔肝疏筋活血，补之宜缓，防止虚不受补；补之宜长，以求疗效持久。以内服药为主。全面治疗。

Osteoarthritis is a complication of flaccidity syndrome with a basis of deficiency of liver and kidney and induced by the invasion of cold-damp.Spleem-deficiency,blood-stasis and phlegm-damp are the important links in the course of the disease.The therapy for invigoration should be applied first and associated with elimination of pathogenic factors.The main therapeutical principles are invigoration of liver,kidney,yin and yang,strengtheining of spleen,elimination of damp and regulation of stomach,and dispersion of stagnated liver-qi,relaxation of tendon and activation of blood circulation.The tonification therapy should be applied moderately in a longstanding period.The remedy should be given comprehensively with oral medication as the chief measure.
