| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益肾扶脾化瘀降浊法对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：对64例糖尿病肾病患者，采用中医益肾扶脾化瘀降浊法进行治疗，并与40例单纯西药治疗组作对照。同时对2组治疗前后的FBG、MAP、TC、TG变化进行比较。结果：中药治疗组总有效率为95．3％，西药对照组总有效率60．0％。治疗组治疗后与治疗前及对照组治疗后的FBG比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（均P＜0．01）；治疗组治疗后较治疗前的TC、TG亦有明显降低（P＜0．01），对照组治疗前后比较无明显改变。结论：益肾扶脾化瘀降浊法在减少蛋白尿、改善脂质代谢和肾功能等方面具有重要作用，能有效延缓糖尿病肾病患者肾衰病程的进展。

| Abstract: | 64 cases of diabetic nephrosis(DN) were treated by TCM method of Yishen Fupi Huayu Jiangzhuo (YFHJ) and 40 cases by western medicine as control.The results showed that the total effective rate in TCM treatment group was 95 3%and 60 0% in control group.The comparison of FBG,MAP,TC and TG between two groups before and after the treatment showed that of FBG beween two groups were markedly decrease (P < 0 01);after treatment,the TC and TG of treatment group also markedly decrease(P < 0 01),but the control group showed no marked change.It denoted that the method of YFHJ posseses an important action for decreasing albuminuria,improving lipid metabolism and renal function and may delay the ranal failure of DN. |
