周仲瑛教授从癌毒辨治肿瘤经验

介绍周仲瑛教授从癌毒辨治肿瘤的经验。周教授认为癌毒是导致癌症发生发展的关键，癌毒既可直接外客，亦可因脏腑机能失调而内生。癌毒阻滞，病变乖戾，诱生痰浊、瘀血、湿浊、热毒等多种病理因素，并耗气伤阴。因此，治疗肿瘤，早、中、晚三期均应贯穿攻邪消癌法的运用，并立足辨证，结合脏腑、经络、生理、病理机制灵活选择药物，或选消癌解毒法、化痰散结法、活血化瘀法、清热解毒法、利湿泄浊法、益气消癌法、养阴消癌法，辨病与辨证相结合而提高临床疗效。

Prof.Zhou Zhong-ying's Experience on the Treatment of Tumor by Differentiation of Cancerous Toxin

Prof. Zhou' s experience on the treatment of tumor by differentiation of cancerous toxin (CT) is reported. Prof. Zhou considered that CT is the key to induce the occurrence and development of cancer. CT is both exogenous invasion and dysfunction of viscera. The stagnation of CT, phlegm - turbid, blood - stasis, damp - turbid and heat ?toxin lead to exhaustion of qi and yin. Therefore, the treatment of early, middle and late stages of tumor should be run through the therapy of eliminating pathogenic factors, and based on syndrome and viscera differentiation, physiology of meridians and pathological mechanism to select the drugs or therapy of removing toxic substance, resolving phlegm, dispersing masses, activating blood circulation, removing blood - stasis, clearing heat, promoting diuresis and turbidness, benefiting qi and nourishing yin was applied individually and combination with syndrome and-disease differentiation to increase the clinical curative effect.
