| 摘 要： | 目的：从内分泌角度探讨活血化瘀中药治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机理，并与西药丹那唑比较。方法：大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型制造成功后，将动物分为空白组、模型组、西药组和中药组，再灌胃给药1月。最后取材进行血清内分泌激素水平以及激素受体水平的比较。结果：中药在无显著性降低血清雌激素水平基础上，可选择性的降调在位、异位内膜的雌孕激素受体。结论：中药是通过多途径来治疗子宫内膜异位症，而无丹那唑的副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: From the viewpoint of endocrine to ex- plore the mechanism of herbal medicines with blood - circulation - activating and blood - stasis removing effect for endometriosis and compared with danazol. Methods: After the establishment of rat en- dometriosis models, the rats were allocated to blank control group, model group, western medicine group and herbal medicine group. After stomach perfusion of drugs was given for one month, the lev- els of serum endrocine hormone and hormone receptor were com- pared. Results: Herbal medicine did not lower the level of serum female hormone, but can selectively lower the eslrogen receptor in utero and ectopic endometrium. Conclusion: Herbal medicine treats endometriosis through many ways and exerts no side effects. |
