| 摘 要： | 大豆异黄酮是新型天然生理活性物质,具有多种生理功能。研究表明:连续食用30天,皮肤水分在试验后得到改善,实验组与对照组比较具有显著性差异,说明大豆异黄酮具有保持皮肤水份的作用。实验组和对照组人员试食后血常规和血生化指标均无明显改变,无过敏及不良反应。

| Abstract: | We study soybean isoflavone production to estimate its function of skin moisturizing on women. Results show that soybean isoflavone can consistently improve the skin moisturizing. So it is proved that soybean isoflavone is powerful health materials for the skin moisturizing, and it can be widely used. |
