| 摘 要： | 本文研究了虞美人色素在不同pH值溶液中的颜色变化，并通过虞美人色素和其它指示剂进行酸碱滴定的比较，结论为：虞美人色素能准确指示酸碱滴定的终点，其变色范围pH 6.33~8.25，颜色由紫红色变为棕色．

| Abstract: | The paper studies the color range of papaver rhoeas red pigment under pH values, and compares it with the other indicators by the acid-base titration. The conclusion is that papaver rhoeas red pigment can precisely indicate the end point of the acid-base titration, and its color range is pH 6.33~8.25, and the color ranges from purple-red to brown. |
