双氧水氧化淀粉的机理初探

Abstract:Twenty healthy yak cows installed rumen fistulas and 22 growing yaks without being installed rumen fistulas are chosen in this experiment,and their rumen infusorian and its relation to metabolisation of the yaks are studied.The results show that the dominant infusorian species in rumen fluid are ophyoscoley genus when the yaks are grazing green pasture.As the increase of starch content in forage,I.prostina genus increases.Ophryoscoley and D.raminantiunl genuses increase when pasture starts to wilt.Infusorians decrease as the yak immigrate from the high altitude areas to the lower ones,but they can be recovered.The recovery rate in adult yak is quicker than that of young yaks.The rumen metabolite content reflects the metabolization rate and the nutritive requirement of the animal.The degradation of cellulose while food passes from rumen to abomasum is only less than that of rumen.
