| 摘 要： | 从CAI、多媒体到教育网络，网络英语教学，即基于Internet的网络英语教育，正冲击着传统的教学模式，并正成为主流的教学模式．阐述了基于网络环境下的外语教学的特点和形势，并对网络环境下的英语教学所应注意的问题提出了自己的建议．
